Cara Membasmi Nyamuk Demam Berdarah

Nyamuk adalah musuh bagi kita, dia adlah musuh dalam selimut, kecil namun seranganya  membahayakan dan bahkan bisa membunuh yang di awali dengan penyakit demam berdarah, untuk itu kita perlul membunuh dan menghancurknya dengan berbagai macam cara di bawah ini.

Untuk memberantas sarang nyamuk bisa di tempuh dengan beberapa cara di bawah ini, anatara lain adalah :

-          Kurasalah bak kamar mandi sesering mungkin, sikat dinding bak dengan baik.

-          Jangan membiarkan ada jentik dalam bak.

-          Jangan membiarakan air tergenang.

-          Jangan menggantungakan baju banyak-banyak, karena tempat semacam itu merupakan tempat yang menyenangkan bagi nyamuk

-          Tutuplah tempat penampungan air rapat-rapat, sehingga nyamuk tidak bisa masuk.

-          Tutuplah tempat penampungan air rapat-rapat, sehingga nyamuk tidak bisa masuk.

-          Membersihkan pekarangan atau halaman dan kaleng, botol, ban bekas, tempurung dan lain-lain.

-          Mengganti air pada vas bunga dan tempat minum burung.

-          Menutup lubang pohon atau bambu dengan tanah.

-          Membubuhi garam dapur pada perangkap  semut.

-          Memasang kawat kasa pada pintu, jendela dan lubang ventilasi.

-          Menambah pencahayaan ruangan-ruangan dalam rumah dengan jendela kaca, genting kaca, lubang ventilasi yang cukup lebar dan menggunakan cat berwarna cerah.

-          Untuk ruangan tertutup, pergunakanlah obat pembasmi serangga pada daerah yang memungkinkan serangga bersembunyi, lalu tutup ruangan agar serangga tidak masuk lagi.

Ask me so I will let your will”. Our god says and it’s actually true. Man purposes and god disposes. The proverb says. It means that success has to be struggled. In developing career optimism has very important role. A research has already proved that optimism person will gain more successful in his/her life than pessimistic person.

So then what do you know about optimism ?

According to pessimistic people. They consider that optimistic people are foolish. While optimistic people says that pessimistic people make themselves useless. Why these contrast opinions happen ? the first different between optimistic people and pessimistic people is that how they apply their bad luck in the past for themselves. Based on this definition, a research opines that optimistic manner give bad contribution such  as we easily get stick.

For futher future, I am sure that optimistic people will get more successful in their lives than pessimistic people. Optimistic potiticans will gain more vote, optimistic student will gain better grade, optimistic athetic will be winner, optimistic sales will gain more money.

Whyt can it happen ? it is the answer. Both optimism or pessimism, they tend to be supporter to develop their manner and proffesion. You shoul forget your bad luck in the past. Remember ..!!! god will never change you luck.

Our god, Allah swt has already created the worls and their contents for human being at all.

“indeed we have made noble adam’s children. We drive  them on the land and sea. We give them good luck and we give them more perfectly above all other creatures.

My beloved brothers and sisters,

 It’s obvious that allah has already crated everything in this wide world for human being whether the creature in the lan or ocean. In this case, forest is one of the rewards that our god submits it for us. Forest ore actually important for our lives. They are also important to keep air clean, to keep soil fertile and to prevent tho flood, to stay where a lot of animals live.

Realizing the important, our government always tries hard to promote the programme “NATURAL CONSERVATION” . what is this programme for ?

The audience ladies and gentlemen,

For years many people haven’t been obeying the government law. They have been cutting down the forest carelessly. As a result, thousand hectares forest have become waste. This careless practice should be stopped, otherwise the remaining forest will be in great danger. It happens because they think very little of future danger that we might face.

My brothers and sisters that I love so much, without forest, nothing prevens the water from running down to lower land. If it happens, the rushing water will wash a away the soil and the humus into the river. So the rivers will full of mud and of course, in the wet season it will cause dangerous flood. It can destroy the farm lands and villages.

Ladies and gentlemen,

How important the forests are, depend on how we can make use of them. Actually forests are very very vital the leaves which have fallen on the ground become humus, is a fertilizer to the soil. Humus holds rein water during wet season, store it and then the fields during the dry season. The roots of the trees prevent the soil by the rain. This additional water can be used to water farmlands. So the fields can produce more crops.

Teori kelahiran pemimpin

Para ahli teori kepemimpinan telah mengemukakan beberapa teori tentang lahirnya seorang pemimpin. Dalam hal ini terdapat tiga teori menonjol, yaitu teori genetic, teori social, dan teori ekologis

Teori genetik

Penganut teori ini berpendapat bahwa, pemimpin itu dilahirkan dan bukan di bentuk, ( leaders are born and not made ). Pandangan teori ini bahwa, seorang akan menjadi pemimpin karena “ keturunan “ atau ia telah di lahirkan dengan “membawa bakat” kepemimpinan. Teori kepemimpinan ini, dapat saja terjadi, karena seorang di lahirkan telah memiliki potensi atau bakat untuk memimpin dan inilah yang di sebut dengan factor dasar. Dalam realita, teori kepemimpinan ini biasanya dapat terjadi di kalangan bangsawan atau keturunan raja-raja, karena orang tuanya menjadi raja maka seorang anak yang lahir dalam keturunan tersebut akan di angkat menjadi raja.

Teori social

Penganut teori ini berpendapat bahwa, seorang yang menjadi pemimpin di bentuk dan bukan di lahirkan ( leaders are made and not born ). Penganut teori ini berkeyakinan bahwa semua orang itu sama dan semua mempunyai potensi atau bakat untuk menjadi pemimpin, hanya saja factor lingkungan atau factor pendukung yang mengakibatkan potensi tersebut teraktualisasi atau terslurkan dengan baik dan inilah yang di sebut dengan factor ajar atau latihan.

Pandangan penganut teori  ini bahwa setiap orang dapat dididk, diajar, dan dilatih untuk menjadi pemimpin. Intinya bahwa setiap orang memiliki potensi untuk menjadi pemimpin, meskipun dia bukan berasal dari keturunan seorng pemimpin atau seorang raja, asalkan dapat dididk, diajar, dilatih untuk menjadi pemimpin.

Teori ekologik

Pengannut teori ini berpendapat bahwa seorang akan menjadi pemimpin yang baik manakala dilahirkan telah memiliki bakat kepemimpinan. Kemudian bakat tersebut di kembangakan melalui pendidikan, latihan, dan pengalaman-pengalaman yang memungkinkan untuk mengembangakan lebih lanjut bakat-bakat yang telah di milikinya.

Jadi intinya dari teori ini yaitu seseorang yang akan menjadi pemimpin merupakan perpaduan antara factor keturunan, bakat dan lingkungan yaitu factor pendiidkan, latihan dan pengalaman-pengalaman yang memungkinkan bakat tersebut dapat teraktualisasikan dengan baik.

Selain ketiga teori tersebut, muncul pula teori  keempat yaitu teori kontigensi atau teori tiga dimensi. Penganut teori ini berpendapat bahwa, ada tiga factor turut berperan dalam proses perkembangan seseorang menjadi pemimpin yang baik atau tidak.

Why ? success in your career is a matter of vital importance toyou personality. What better help can you get than a good command of English ? mastering English well can improve your chance, your promotion, increase your power also enhance your social life. In short it can make you happy and prosperous.

You see who success in their careers, they will always master English it is not surprised because English is the most international language of all, it’s used in business, commerce, administration and government. To get better success in your life is only mastering English. It’s because English is spoken by many people all over the world as the medium of communication.

English is also the key to open doors to scientific and technical knowledge. English is really needed for the economic and political development of many countries in the world. Even, it’s one of the working lenguages of the uniter nation organization. For tourist of foreign will automatically use English to communccate to one another.

Ladies and gentlemen,

English is also as a top requirement of those seeking job. It’s the universal language of international aviation and sport. Most of mail worlds are also in englsih. English Is widely used in the world. More than 2 billion people used English as their mother tongue. You know, millions and millions people aroud the world right now are using English at work and social life.

My brothers and sisters,

But I feel very very sorry that many Indonesian people especially students are very lazy to learn English. Many of our friends don’t care what happens in the world of English.

As a result, they can’t speak English. They consider that English is too complicated to learn. Eventhough they have tried to join an English club they still feel that English is too difficult so they decide that they won’t try to learn it anymore.
